The catering staff were attentive to my needs.
Unfortunately, the A/C in my room was not very effective. I found the location to be quite remote. Although it is in a quiet neighborhood, it lacked nearby walking options for food, requiring taxi rides for every meal outing.

Greatly enjoyed this wonderful stay for one night. We stayed in spotless room with view that also had wake-up service. The room had climate control, flat-screen television and a lounge. The hotel's location was peaceful, adjacent to Dakar city center and the garden area and a quiet neighbourhood of Dakar. Furthermore, to the airport arranged by the owner.

The gardens are a tranquil retreat. The decor showcases beautiful African artwork. Plus, being close to the ocean and a short cab ride from the city center makes exploring easy.
The air conditioning in our room was a bit underwhelming, affecting comfort during warm nights.

I stayed for 10 nights in the Single Room with Balcony. The room was super cozy, and I seriously got the best sleep there with a comfy bed. The decor throughout the place is beautiful. I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, especially with all the fresh local fruits. The only downside was waking up early sometimes because of nearby prayer calls, but it's all part of the Dakar experience.

Recommend it for art lovers
The unique decor made every corner a treat for the eyes! Virginie's personal touch was evident when she helped me find great local spots, even driving me to a cash machine when I needed it.
It wasn't the cheapest place, but I'd say it was worth it.

We experienced really good hospitality and a beautifully decorated space. The breakfasts outdoors were lovely, and our son enjoyed practicing on the in-tune piano every day. It was like home!

We loved every single thing about my stay at Nyéléni this past November. From the moment the outer gate was opened, I knew that I made the best choice for us. The property is clean and beautiful. Pictures do not do enough justice for the actual experience. We were welcomed by the owner Virginie and her staff. We were given a list of local restaurants and also received good tips about the best days/times to visit some of the local attractions. Everyone was nice and helpful throughout our 11 night stay. Our room was clean and refreshed daily. We had warm water and AC which were must-haves for me. Breakfast was served in the garden, and the croissants were the flaky and tastiest I have had in a long while. During our relaxing time, we enjoyed the game room and patio in the evenings. It was the best, and after days of activity, I felt at home when returning to Nyéléni. I would definitely recommend this property and would return if visiting again.
Can recommend this hotel.
